All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking info.

We want you to feel confident the moment you try on FOLDS. If it’s not the right fit, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Free Returns
We offer free 15 day returns on all eligible orders.
This includes both Canadian and U.S. orders. Return shipping is fully covered, with no fees or deductions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
