Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY:

Free shipping for orders over $290CAD ($205USD).

US order duties are included in price.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

PREORDERS:
All our products are cut and sewn when orders are made. This has allowed us to stay up to the demand better and offer more products. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to produce and ship. 

RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

DOMESTIC (CANADA) RETURNS:
On domestic orders, we offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will apply. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

INTERNATIONAL (UNITED STATES) RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. We offer pre-paid returns for a $25USD fee (deducted from final refund) or self-postage returns at own cost.
