We want you to feel confident the moment you try on FOLDS. If it’s not the right fit, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Free Returns
We offer free 15 day returns on all eligible orders.
Return shipping is fully covered, with no fees or deductions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Free returns apply to orders placed on or after April 14, 2026.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items with embroidery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
